Physical Therapy
Our Pilates integrated Physical Therapy approach combines traditional manual therapy and therapeutic interventions with Pilates-based exercise. This synergistic method helps to change movement patterns through your body to create a dynamic balance between mobility and stability, strength, and flexibility.  

We can provide you with Physical Therapy services in our studio, home visits, recreation center-based intervention, ergonomic evaluations, and running evaluations.  

Our Physical Therapists work closely with our local physicians, chiropractors, and other physical therapists to facilitate a patient-centered team approach for the highest quality of care.  

Elevate does not currently accept health insurance. 
Private Pilates
Come experience personalized Private Pilates sessions, duets, or trios. We customize the session to achieve your movement, fitness, and wellness goals. We play with Balanced Body Allegro Reformers with towers, EXO chairs, and the recent addition, the in-gravity challenging CoreAlign. Our compassionate and creative Pilates instructors work with our Physical Therapists to maximize your experience at Elevate.  ​
Studio Classes
We offer a variety of Pilates Apparatus Classes of varying levels with a maximum of 6 participants including Reformer, Apparatus Class, Osteolates, Jump!,  Pilates Barre, Pilates Arc, Chair Challenge, and more!  

We have sports specific training classes including Pilates for Runners, Pilates for Hockey, and Pilates for Golf at varying times of the year.

Specials include Thoracic Release, Balance, Tai Chi, Candlelight Mat and Meditation, Mobility and Recovery, Sunrise Stretch, Yoga, Meditation, Pilates Mat, and Unwinding your Spine through Foam Rolling! ​
Virtual Classes
The schedule is ever-evolving with the option for virtual participation including Pilates Arc, Mobility and Recovery, Foam Rolling, Meditation, and more. You will receive a Zoom link to participate for yourself and anyone in your household.​
Video-on-Demand 
Enjoy continued breath, movement, and mindfulness work at home or during your travels with our extensive library of videos! Classes range from Mat Pilates, Pilates Arc, Pilates Barre, Balance, Yoga, Meditation, Ski Conditioning, Hip Strength, Shoulder Girdle Strength, Osteolates, and more! This service is a monthly subscription to be best viewed on your laptop or tablet. ​
Monthly Specialty Classes
